I am glad to share with you the recipe of 'Chicken Roast - my style'. I am sure you will like this recipe. It is a delicious chicken curry with lots of flavors. Ingredients: Serves 4 to 6 people
- Chicken - 1/2 kg.
- Onion - 1 Big onion
- Ginger - 4 inch long ginger piece
- Garlic - 20 big garlic cloves
- Tomato - 2 medium size tomatoes
- Cilantro - 1 big bunch
- Green chili - 5
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 3 tablespoons
- Rajwadi garam masala - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
- Refined oil - 6 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Okay, let's start!
- Wash the chicken
- Heat the oil in a cookware, when the oil is real hot add the chicken pieces to it
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder to it and fry for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile, finely chop onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies and cilantro
- Now add these to the semi fried chicken and mix well
- Add salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, rajwadi garam masala and garam masala to it
- Cook the chicken for 15 more minutes, stir it in every two minutes, do not cover it
- Let the chicken cook only with oil, avoid adding water
Delicious chicken roast is ready to serve. Serve it hot with roties or parathas!
